2. Scope of Collected Data

  1. The Website collects data voluntarily provided by the User in forms: sender and recipient email addresses, optionally a name or alias, subject and message content.
  2. The Website automatically records connection parameters: IP address, date and time of access, browser type.
  3. The Website uses cookies to maintain the User's session.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

  1. Form data is processed for the purpose of providing the deferred email delivery service – based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) (performance of a service).

  2. User account data is retained until the account is deleted by the User or the administrator.
