About e-wehikul.pl

e-wehikul.pl is a free service that sends emails to the future. You write a letter today, choose the delivery day, and the time machine delivers it exactly then – in a month, in a year or in ten years. It is a digital time capsule that has been running since 2012 and speaks 12 languages.

How does it work?

1. Write a letter. Click “Send email”, enter your address and the recipient’s address – you can write to yourself or to someone close to you. Out of ideas? The “Inspire me” button will suggest a ready-made letter template.
2. Add something of your own. Attach a photo or record a voice message (up to 3 minutes) – we will transcribe the recording and send it together with the letter.
3. Choose the delivery date. Any day in the future: a birthday, an anniversary, the end of the year or “five years from today”.
4. Confirm sending. If you don’t have an account, we will send you a verification link. Click it and the time machine will set off on its journey through time.

When the letter arrives, you can reply to it – the reply will also travel to the future.

What can you use it for?

• A letter to yourself – describe who you are today and check in a few years how much you have changed.
• A letter to your child – write down what you feel now so that they can read it when they grow up.
• A letter to a loved one – words that will arrive on a special day.
• Resolutions and goals – write them down today and take stock with yourself in a year.
• Reminders – birthdays, name days, anniversaries: plan them once, and the time machine will remind you in time or deliver the wishes itself.
• A chronicle of moments – photos of people and places that will bring back happy moments years later.

You will find more ideas on the page “7 reasons why you should write an email to the future”.

Your letters are private

A letter goes only to the recipient you choose – we never publish it anywhere without your consent. We don’t share your data with anyone, and email addresses are never shown anywhere.

If you want, you can publish your letter in the Public letters section and inspire others. An administrator reviews every such letter before it is published, and you can opt out of publication.

An account – optional, but handy

You can send emails without registering. An account lets you see all your letters, edit them right up to the delivery day, listen to recordings and reply to letters. Letters sent from an account with a confirmed address need no separate verification – they set off straight away.

Games with time

Besides ordinary letters, games where time is the judge are waiting for you: A bet with the future (with friends or just with yourself), Quiz: You in the future, Emotional snapshot, Virtual letter, which arrives after 3, 5 or 7 days, and Questions worth answering twice. Each one ends with a letter to the future.

Blog

On our blog we suggest what to write about, to whom and when it is worth sending a letter to the future.
